Terrible. Was sold a 5G connection to my address but when I was experiencing below expected speeds checked the Three website to be told that 5G was not available in my area. When coming to cancel the contract I had to enter my details 3 separate times only to be cut off mid conversation with the person who was meant to be helping me cancel my contract. 0/10, Would never use Three again. |

If there were 0 stars, that would be my rating for Three. Their broadband speed is at modem level for most of the day, the customer service provides no help at all but pesters you with standard blah blah blah. They wouldn't even let you out of your contract w/o cancellation fees, even when they're clearly not able to fulfill their part of the contract. If you want so spare yourself a whole lotta trouble, do stay away from this company. They are an embarrassment in every aspect of their doing. |

Just beware that if the post office is slow in returning the router, under the money back guarantee, then you will be receiving almost hourly phone calls from the collections department. There is nothing you can do to stop this (I was told before hand that if I called with the barcode from the return receipt that would be enough - its not, only the router in their hands counts). This might sound minor, but it took the post office 2 months to return the router and during that time I was flagged as a debtor requiring hourly calls. |

Very poor srvice works sometime then nothing for hrs. would not waste time or money using 3 mobile broadband. Support is a waste of time they just blame number of people using it. HELLOI thought thats what people pay Broadband for to use not look at. You spend hrs on hold on the phone and get no where with them. |

I have been a loyal customer with 3 for over 10 years prior to February the broadband was ok however it has slowly but surely got absymal constantly . Lags when my son is on his ps4 and he can't understand I work from home and it constantly throws me of my network and calls and we can't watch Netflix or now TV as Constantly lagging I have 1 year on my contract I have complained several times and they have tried everything I will be cancelling and taking them to small claims if they put a bad credit mark on my file I have 4 contracts and have just cancelled one phone contract and will be moving the others to different providers very soon they are terrible and reading all these comments on hear bring home just how bad they are now they are going to lose lots of customers |

I would give zero stars if I could - they are, in my view, dishonest, unreliable and put so much pressure on me - a vulnerable pensioner I wanted to end my life. They put me in hospital with suspected heart attach as there is no let up from them. They lie in writing saying they need your passport and driving licence to look at your complaint as this is their data protection policy but will not send you a copy of this alleged policy. They tried to charge me £200+ because they sent me two router instead of one (I live in a terraced not Buck palace) idiots. I rang them and emailed the day these 2 routers arrived and asked for an SAE - to return one - I just got a bill for over £200 which I refuse to pay. Ireturned the extra router. As I do not have a passport or driving licence they will not deal with my compaint. I wrote to the CEO by letter twice and sent him an email - he did not reply either - so from the top down - untrustworthy and dishonest. They send me a buill for £48 (my contrat is £22 pm) and will not tell me what it is for but said they would just adjust my direct debit and take the money out of my account - thieves. I stopped the dd. I wait for someone with a brain cell to respond. |

Hi, I seriously question any negative "reviews" of three mobile.I've found them brilliant for customer service. You always get through to a real person. Someone who is normal, personabke and really at ease with any query you have. I've just got their broadband unit. It's great.It works. That's all I ask. Granted I live in Central London but hey: that's the advantage of cities over a village! Compared to VirginMedia which is constantly suffering from digging up the riad or your front drive 3mobille is a dream. |

Was once okay, but for the last few months speeds are terrible. Cant play on xbox until after 10pm, or before 9am, during daytime it wont even sign in. During the day, with dial up speeds on laptop just looking at ebay etc. They have oversold capacity, and are now throttling . Just downloaded a 40gb game, it manages about 6gb a night so it only took around 8 days. I will not be renewing contract. |

I have had 3 broadband for 14 months now. When it works speed is ok but often get buffering. In the last 3 months there have been 3 significant service failures lasting several days. The last failure ended today after 9 (nine) days of unusable internet. Current speed is half what it was 2 weeks ago. |

I know a lot of people are down on 3, but it really has felt like they were putting in some serious infrastructure round here. I'm in an 'outside' reception area, on the fringe of coverage, so I got an external aerial for my 5G hub. It was pretty good at the beginning (4 months ago), averaging 200Mbps, but it broke every couple of weeks. Now things are better: seems steady, and am routinely getting 500Mbps at my computer. That's 4 times faster than most fibre. And it doesn't go slower in the evenings. Am quite impressed: for 29 quid a month it's impressive. I hope it stays like this! Well done three... |

These guys have been quietly taking money from my account for a service which they cannot actually provide. I had this router from when it was Relish. I thought that it was cancelled but I was wrong. Now when I tried to reconnect last week I was eventually told that there was no 4G available in my area. Then they tried to sign me up to 5G and wanted my card details etc. I checked on their site and found that there is no 4G or 5G mast in my location and would I like to be contacted when it eventually comes around! I have cancelled the direct debit myself and immediately go an email saying that I had not replied to previous emails about the Direct Debit cancellation?? These guys are liars and thieves.They even have the front to complain when you stop them from stealing your money!!!! |

Waste of money at best we are running 1.77 mbps download speed. Rang to complain after 1 month of start of contract when the cancellation period was over as that's when it went garbage. Been calling at least once a month so for nearly 18 month and they only have records for last 4 month said I have never complained before. Then to be told the coverage in my area is very poor but in the shop when we took the contract out they stated it runs near on perfect. Absolute ******** will not renew, robbing tears. |

Worked fine in the beginning (first month - February 2020) after which they started upgrading the network, this meaning 2 days a week the network would be down completely and when was working I had 2-3 mb speed. November 2020 network is up and running properly upgraded to 5G with speeds than can reach sometimes 5 mb. 2 more months and I will close all 3 contracts with 3. |

Oh dear, I have the same tale of woe that everyone else is posting. When I first switched to three mobile broadband last year it was good enough - getting ~7mbps. But now the service has dropped to the point that web pages won’t load and the servers can’t be contacted. Right now I have 0.4 mbps. A lot of the day it is totally non-functioning. But I have full signal strength. So clearly it is a throttling issue that 3 are doing. They have oversold their capacity until no one gets any. I have tried complaining but it is a futile waste of many hours and nothing is resolved. Why is it so difficult to complain to them? - and why don’t they take the complaints seriously? I have many neighbours who are in the same situation – all wishing they were not with 3 – so it is not just my equipment. Earlier this year I complained and they reset something on the network, and suddenly service was resumed. (removed the throttling?). But it had all dwindled to nothing. Full signal strength and no delivery sums them up. And they don't want to know. |

The worst Internet service ever!!!!!! Everything everyone else says on here is absolutely true. The only positive thing I can say is some times, weekdays, upto 18:00 I can watch Netflix for a few hours, bbc, itv 4od buffer all the time and My5 don't even bother. After 18:00 and weekends it stops all the time, have to keep resetting it. I have been without any service for hours at a time. Like now for instance. Customer service lie, in fact fight back!! I would bet staff at Three don't have or use it. I have 3 phone, now just sim contract after years of huge bills, I use it as a hot spot, in the same home as my broadband and get a better service (tho that also buffers like crazy) DON'T BOTHER WITH 3 BROADBAND, PLEASE BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS |

Without a shadow of a doubt AVOID 3. Aside from their absolutely abysmal connection speeds, they claimed they hadn't received the package with the contents of the broadband router when I tried to cancel. When I phoned their foreign, outsourced and rubbish 'contact us' number that they supplied on their fictitious bill, they told me they would investigate my claim and get back to me, instead of this they just moved it on to a debt collection agency (i presume as a scare tactic). Awful Awful company from start to finish. |

My 4g Broadband from 3 is all but useless. A complete waste of money. It used to work but for the last 6 months it is 1mb down download/ less than 1mb upload and it periodically just drops out . At the moment I just use my phone as a mobile hotspot. Waste of money. |

it works well at the first one month, but one day, they suddenly blocked me getting into some public websites,which i used all the time. i have to call them to unblock me and now the speed is terrible and unstable, i can't even use it for my work zoom meeting. and the funny thing is I can't even log into my router, Three is obviously monitoring people, very doggy!! |

I have full signal on my router but my speeds is about 1 mbs , most of the time it’s lower than that , I’ve seen speeds of 10kbs which is rediculas ... I’m stuck with this contract for another year! It also just cuts you off the internet for no reason it just stops !!! I was told it would be perfect for Xbox live , this was a massive lie , you cannot compete with someone with real internet because you are lagging so badly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It even struggles to run Netflix! NOT HAPPY!!! |
