If you are having technical issues with your broadband supplier then we unfortunately cannot help you. You will need to contact your broadband provider directly. We have a handy list of broadband provider technical support telephone numbers that may help you.
If you are having a contract dispute with your broadband provider then we unfortunately cannot provide advice on an individual basis. Please see the How to Complain to Your Broadband Supplier Guide which has full details of how to contact the official Alternative Dispute Resolution Schemes.
