Broadband is good when it choses to work. However, when there is a problem you can not contact vispa except by email. They only respond when they chose to fix the problem. Last time was over a week. It is not working today but as their website is also down I can not even contact them via email. Only way to get a response is by writing negative reviews about them. They never responded to my official complaint either! |
