UTTER Awful WIFI. The range of the wifi cant even go futher than 1 floor. BT promised a speed of 20MBs but we are currently getting 2MBs. The signal is lost every 2 minutes and takes 30 min to re-establish.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The service is absolutely atrocious I get no access to the wifi whatsoever and all in all, I’m genuinely so disappointed and upset about it as I really need this wifi to work for my work and academic reasons. I have to waste money to switch because your systems don’t work. Actually so angry about it.

DO NOT USE. WARNING. DO NOT USE. THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY. I AM PAYING AN UNBELIEVABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO THESE CON ARTISTS.
THE UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD SPEED IS LESS THAN 1 MB A SECOND. I HAD BETTER CONNECTION IN THE EARLY 90'S. DO NOT USE.
MY WORK REQUIRES A HIGH SPEED CONNECTION, AND THESE JOKERS HAVE QUITE LITERALLY COST ME THOUSANDS OF POUNDS DUE TO THE UNSTABLE CONNECTION. CONSTANT DISCONNECTION, SOMETIMES NOT WORKING FOR DAYS AT A TIME.
I WOULD NOT USE THIS IF YOU PAID ME. EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE, I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS EVEN LEGAL. THEY ARE SELLING SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK.
AVVVVVVOIIIIIIIIIIDDDDD! DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!

AVOID!!! I paid for a daily internet on demand, I could save myself the money and trouble! Problems to access the internet, problems to log in, once connected it keeps disconnecting all the time without any reason, and loading any page takes ages! Basically after 2 hours of trying to check my email I havent managed to do anything. Worst service ever!

Pathetic. That this service exists in 2017 is a revolting indictment of what happens when you give a PLC a monopoly. Tragic speed, tragic reliability, tragic uptime. Tragic.

Possibly the worst wifi hot spot! complete waste of money! I spent £40 of this hot spot and it cuts out constantly and sometimes wont rejoin! Much better just topping up your mobile data than using BT Wifi Hotspot!

This a pure scam, as soon as you buy more than one day package it doesn’t work anymore! I don’t know how it’s possible that this service is still up! Police should investigate about

This is the worst thing ever made ever. If I get ten seconds of wifi on this I'll pull my fingernails off with pliers and swallow them whole. And we have infinity 2 and it can't even have the wifi not lie to me. No I am not connected to wifi. Don't pretend I am. Often I have to turn of my wifi and turn it back on.

I just moved into this house. After having to wait for 14 days to have a
BT landline installed (as Virgin Media won't bother to connect it) I have ordered a BT broadband. Had to call 4 times and spend in total more than 2 hours on the phone just to order the Broadband. After which i got nottified I would have to wait another 5 weeks until the broadband will be activated. I was told that as soon as I order the Broadband I could use the BT-WIFI and BT-wifi with FON in the area. I just needed to login with my BT account. One week after the landline activation I still do not have a BT account number so I cannot activate my BT account which means I cannot use the wifi. called BT a couple more times. Then, as I have work to complete, I paid 7.99 pounds for a day with BT wifi with FON connection. Hoping my BT letter with the account number will arrive. It didnt happen and I still needed to work. So i paid 17.99 pounds for 5 days connection with bt-wifi with FON. Except this time the wi-fi was so bad, worked at 120 ish kb per second, kept disconnecting, most of the times on reconnect will just show NO INTERNET. So called BT again to complain, and the guy tells me that since I ordered a broadband, He can give me a one month voucher to access the BT-WIFI hotspot. Went to Argos and bought a WI-FI amplifier. With amplified signal, BT-WIFI works at its best at 120kb per second (which is like internet in Romania 20 years ago), with a ping of 1500 - 3700 ms and repeated timed out requests. I cannot even connect a second device to the WIFI. To think of it, in 2019, i had to pay about 50 pounds just to get the crappiest internet connection ever. BT, did you know that it is possible to have fiber optic connection brought into your house with 200Mb/s speed/ TV and landline, all for 8 pounds a month? in Romania, not UK. But still possible.

Once you sign up and pay, you’ll never be able to use the internet as you just won’t get any signal. Seriously - avoid at all costs.

terrible service. I opened a bt wi-fi account setting the card payment - never had a problem with that card before- after three months I received an absurd paper bill because for some reason the card wasn't accepted. But they did'n give me an email notice or something, just sent the bill. so I set the online payment again, calling the customer service. one month later another paper bill plus the charge for the late payment. stay away from them

It's basically a scam. You pay £10 for a day of WiFi and you do not get it. You literally cannot access any websites, even google. I'm not joking. Stay away.

Have to disable WiFi, wait 5 seconds, re enable WiFi, wait 5 seconds, go to Google, fall on landing page, select WiFi, click login, wait 5 seconds then try to go online. Sometimes you have to do this 4 times, a session may last only 20 seconds until you have to repeat the above process. I often have more than a dozen used login tabs after a half hour of internet use. Customer service admit how bad it is. Word of note - the contract is unfair under the 1974 unfair contracts act - compensation cannot be limited. You will get your money back if you quote this and consumer protection act and sale of goods act(services(fitness for purpose).
To sum up; a bad, slow, unreliable, infuriating service with no guarantee in the contract except that you pay the fee even if the service is not provided. Contract is wholly invalid, further to that the contract is in broken English with multiple spelling, grammar, syntax and denotation errors.
One thing can be relied upon about this service: that it cannot be relied upon. Get your money back!

DONT BOTHER AND HERE'S WHY......
It seems to connect when it wants your card details and/or when you activate another 24 hours worth (if you've subscribed to a 5 or 30 day contract). As soon as you've done any of the above, its very unreliable, slow as you can get and it's simply RUBBISH....WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!
