    Truly awful, both in terms of the service itself and the customer service.
    Before signing up to Three Mobile Broadband I called them to check coverage in the location I would be using it. I was told coverage was good. It is not. Coverage is very, very poor. I even had the router outside and tried every direction on several occasions.
    I have reported this to Three who are refusing to accept this and demanding early termination fee. They are an unscrupulous company.
    I have now purchased EE mobile broadband and receive very good coverage and good customer service. You get what you pay for!

    Received the 4G+ mobile broadband sercomm router today.
    During the day: approx 30Mb/s
    During the evening: approx 1Mb/s

    Crap. Sending it back.

    Been with 3 since time began, I didn't have any issues until I moved to North Wales. The broadband was shocking could bearly use one device with it. I also only have 2 bars on my mobile phone and that's even after it was changed to 3G as 4G was non existant.I don't like to complain but it's the honest truth.

    We have found the Three mobile network is a waste of money. Lucky we didn't sign up to a contract because it would have been a disaster.

    Three's signal is unreliable and their broadband in our area is regularly throttled.

    Living in a seaside, rural area doesn't help, especially when visitors overload the network.

    Three's customer services are also poor; they don't answer social media messages and nothing has been resolved for us over the phone.

    Three's mobile PAYG has become expensive over the past few years, and it just isn't value for money any more.

    Poor customer service, poor broadband service.
    Asked for updates on issue around my area, usual rubbish of got to wait 7 days for issue to be resolved. Guess what issue wasn't resolved moved to a new ISP

    Absolutely useless. Have been with the 3 pay as you go for ages with hardly any problems so I decided to try their 4G broadband. Great to begin with but now the signal is useless even with the 3 mast at the end of my street!! If you need mobile broadband don't use 3. You will just end up wasting your money.

    My HomeFi broadband gets about 2mb if I’m lucky.
    Save your money and opt for fibre if you can.
